More Matt

Matt's gaggle of sprinters struck again on stage 4, adding more cushion to his already rather daunting lead. Thankfully tomorrow's stage has some climbing, including a Cat 3 just 8 km from the finish. And by the weekend those guys will be lucky to make it to the finish. We can only hope.

7) Cheryl - 86
8) Charlene - 21
9) Johnny S - 20
10) Jonny B - 6
11) Rachel - 6

alright, I wasn't expecting O'Grady to tear it up exactly, but this is garbage!!!!

my boys better pull through for me in the mountains.

At least your GC man Sastre didn't crash and put himself in a deep hole like Swatty's Kazakh hope Vinokourov. I'm also hoping that Matt's and Hal's lack of a big GC threat means this will all come back together yet. Can't wait for the Alps on Saturday.

Hey! Wait a second! I dumped Vinokourov for Moreau and Ballan! And then I dumped Moreau for Voigt and Nazon! I think. But i KNOW I dumped Vinokourov. A little too pricey and not nearly Kazakhian enough for me.

You didn't dump Vino for Moreau and Ballan because you ALREADY HAD Moreau. You dumped Moreau for Voigt and Nazon. And don't complain, because you're still better off that way.

No GC contender? What about Chavanel, Rasmussen, Millar and Merckx?

Side bet that one of them is top ten. Any takers?

what are we betting?

Chocolate dips?

Chocolate dip? That's it? I was thinking more along the lines of stir stick.

The Chavanel you have is Sebastian, not Sylvain. He can sprint alright, but can't climb or TT worth a damn. Rasmussen can climb, but care to recall his TT fiasco a few years back? Millar can TT, but can he climb enough to be reckoned a GC man? Merckx has some good pedigree, but is nothing more than an aging domestique at this point.

None of these guys will finish top 10. No way. You've got yourself a side bet.

matt, if there's still room I wanna get in on that action... no way any of those dudes are gonna top 10.

You're both on - a stir stick for the good dr. and chocolate dips for my vegan friend.

Should have added Landaluze to my unlikely top ten!
