River Trail
Bill provides evidence that it now goes all the way to the Ass. Park foot bridge. Bill and Jonny G are teaming up to organize this year's edition of the Ice TT. More details coming soon. This would be a good time to hit the ice for some practice. Note that studded tires are strictly disallowed.

i'm sure someone will be able to think of an adequate handicap for you.
How about this? Studded tires are fine, so long as they're flat.
Watch what you say… someone might best you with flat-studded-tiers. Studs, no studs… who cares…. Next thing people will be restricting gear ratios, no spandex, or pink bikes etc.
Having ridden the length of the trail every day this week (on both studs and regular tires), I don't think studs would be a benefit. Nor really a handicap in any other way than weight. It's pretty much like riding on a road.
