It's Official!!!!

I don't know if it's the milder temps., or the dreams of singletrack and the "Sweetest Jersey in the World" that I have been having lately, but I have just signed up as a card carrying member of the FGBC again. Dr. H...how many is that now? Who is on the team? Are there more to come? Did we lose anyone? Why am I so excited? How many beers do I owe you to help pay for the team signup?

Answers to these questions (and i'm sure much more) to come.?

Right on. As far as I know, that makes three: you, me, and Darryl. Matt seems to be inching forward as well, and I believe Craig will get it done as well. Penner? B&B or FGBC, which is it? I don't know about LeAnn. As you know, we aren't terribly strict in these sorts of accounting matters. Nor do we police the boundaries of who's in and who's out in the most rigorous way. We are exactly what we are. Which leads you to wonder, what is the problem with everybody else?

and with four of us, it's more of an auspicious square.

we're no longer square... count me as number 5. I'm also excited, and a little scared...

Scared is good. Right on Craig. The dark could is growing.

The dark could is growing? Is that Welsh?

The Dark Lord said...

dyslexic Welsh maybe.

Sounds like Dylan Thomas. Do not go gently into that dark could... Rage, Rage against the dying of the should...

I believe that I am still in.

You believe? Or you are?

O.K. I am. I am having some inner conflict issues but they need to be resolved today. So the first cup race is on my 40th. Do I just get to win?

The Dark Lord said...

Right on.

Inner conflict, like Twitter, is over-rated.

Whether you win or not, I would think, is up to you.

We are not necessarily in it for the winning.

Inner conflict is the dark could of the soul...

If I can...I will win for your birthday.

Not likely though.

I will sing happy birthday while I accidently knock you into the trees.

I will try to be more careful this year.
