I talked to Chris and Jon about meeting them in Portage la Prairie and riding in with them as they completed their last of the Big Idea. Unfortunately I will be unable to do this because I will be out marking the course for Where's the Beach? In Stead race and running the Wednesday Night Series race at Bur Oak.
I encourage anyone who has the time to go out and meet them and join them as they roll into Winnipeg - it would be a great way to congratulate them as the finish up 4 very hard days and nights of riding.

The timing for PLP may be bad, but I am going to try for the Legislature, at least.
Our boys are doing awesome, by the way. They're already less than 6 and a half hours back of Arvid, and holding an amazing average speed. I think a pass may occur before the SK/MB border.
What is the ETA at the Leg?
It might be too soon to tell, but they're pretty much half way now. That took 36 hours, so roughly Wednesday morning?
They're nearly to Medicine Hat, and they're FLYING! Getting faster as they go.
I would love meet them and do a bit of riding. If anyone else is in, I would make the effort to find some childcare. Let me know.

TNRendezvous? Sounds like they are thinking they will be in Winnipeg sometime early Wednesday morning. I might be up for meeting them on the road. Depends on the timing.
