First Hawksley in Portage Place. Now this. Perhaps Neil will join us on a TNR for his next video.
There is a ciclovia project shaping up here for 2009... (like in Columbia - google it for more info). Basically, close down a bunch of streets and turn them over to bikes/walkers...
Route could be something like a giant loop -- Stafford/Sherbrook/Ellice/Some downtown street/River/Osborne/Corydon
I heard there could be a Neil concert as part of the kickoff...
All very preliminary, but should be interesting...
Would these closures be permanent? That would be pretty sweet. The only thing sweeter might be if the Neil concert were also permanent.
