Supercross Photos

A bunch of them right here. Courtesy of Chris A. Probably more to come. It sounds like there were as many photographers as racers.

These two are my favourites:

SJITW.

Results coming soon, for both Supercross and Provincials. But probably not before tomorrow. It seems I can only upload those at Duke, and I'm not heading in today.

Supercross was super fun.

The mud bog was awsome and the course was most likely my favorite yet.

Spd pedals suck though. I had no chance of clipping in after lap two. Lesson learned.

Also...it was always nice to hear Colin and the Impaler at the bog and the bridge telling me how much I sucked. If it wasen't for them, I probably would have quit. I looked forward to there advice on each lap.

cross is awsome.

Just doing my part. And as was pointed out on Sunday, I am very good at standing around. And yelling at people.

I really missed the sound and cold and squish and slip of the bog

That's what I'm missing down here in dixie: sass from the sidelines. Lots of people around, and yet it feels strangely anonymous. Jonah does a good job, but he's still mostly supportive. It's nice, but it doesn't quite provide the extra psychological energy that comes from wanting to karate kick someone like Brad or Colin in the gut.

wow. Dr. H. I'm afraid I sense an undercurrent of latent hostility as well as a nascent propensity for violence in your last post. Have you changed?
BTW G., what I said was that you didn't suck as much as you had in previous laps. Gawd. Next time I'll fill the bog with rose petals and build berms out of Eiderdown pillows.

A nascent propensity to violence? No, that sounds like me. That's why I call myself a pacifist. Otherwise it could get ugly.

Lots and lots of fun.

FWIW even crank brothers pedals were totally useless after a few laps. Likely that really heavy sticky stuff by the log.

Can we have weather like that next year?
