Had to think of Johnny S...

when I saw this sweet softride.

Also - looking forward to checking out this new set-up a mere 15 minute ride from my place.

Hey NC - you are one state over from the Menno cyclocross champ from the 70's, former bike shop owner, turned long-haul trucker. He has a number of vintage cross bikes I am trying to convince my housemate to obtain for the fall series out here. Do you get up to Virginia on occasion?

Hope you are all keeping well. I am still tasting those burgers...victory is sweet.

Ahh the softride; so comfy, so light, so phalic. Its almost as sweet as your bike park under the highway - that looks like a great place to play.

that is perhaps the ugliest thing i have ever seen - even though it is a softride.

Hey Johnny, when was the last time the Softride came down from the hooks on your garage ceiling?

I may make it to Virginia (specifically Harrisonburg) at some point, but there are no immediate plans to head that way.

The softride and I were ripping it up on the Trans Canada trails two weeks ago with G, the secretary and Paul "mountain goat" Bergman. I forgot my cycling shoes (its always something) and Darryl had to use Penners bike because that piece of crap rocky mountain has a broken frame. Good times.

Have you got the Guerciotti out on the road yet? Some photos seem to be in order on that one.

The secretary finally rode the TCT? Sweet. Is it awesome or what?

super deluxe riding the TCT. smarty pants sawatzky can slag rocky all he likes, but it's because of rocky that tinker creek cycle rolls as it does, and it turns out TCC saved his sorry butt with some flat pedals.

speaking of, Tinker James, is saving my ass too. he's scoring me a new rear triangle for the instinct for one-fiddy large.

i love the bullhorns on the softride...

that's one fugly softride!

Ironically, there's been a guy chronicling bringing his softride out of retirement at various events in Bike Magazine(article is called "shitbike challenge"). He refers to his softride as "the sh*tbike" and has it SS'd with a singulator, that bike has gotten around...
