Tractor Cross done...

A small, but energetic group of racers gathered in Linden, WA for Tractor Cross - the last of the cross races organized by Cyclocrazed. The state cross championships were held the same weekend, so clearly that impacted participation in this event. I couldn't escape being lapped by the eventual winner of the race, but I didn't come in last - yes. It was a wet and muddy course, and had this race been in MB - my bike would have seized up from the gumbo - but everything kept turning for me which was great. Except for one run-up out of a gulley - the course was relatively flat, but made interesting by a course route with lots of twists and turns.
