I think I can speak on behalf of the Red River Racing chapter. We will host a Nordic Cross. There may be meat eating involved. Dead and red.

Memories of Burger Cross will have faded sufficiently by then, I'm sure.

RRR as a chapter? Of the FGBC? Interesting.

OK. Replace the word 'chapter' with 'boys'. Is that better?

That's better, Brad.

I might suggest RRR and FGBC are sibling clubs given our shared love of beer, varenyky, and riding (speaking for those of us RRR's that actually ride rather than look at $6000 bikes in the basement).

But siblings have rivalries. Still interesting.

I never meant to use the word 'chapter' in any official sense at all, or intended to rile or alienate anyone. It was just what came out.

As long as any rivalries are good natured, and spur both on to more riding, greater consumption of food and beer, then alls the better.

Interesting = good. Rivalries are good. So are chapters.

Sure, siblings have rivalries, but when it matters they come together and watch each other's backs due to common (interesting) interest.

So, yah, anyway, looking forward to Nordic Cross.
And to vying with our sibling for the affections of Mom and Dad, since of course that is the basis for all sibling rivalries. I guess Mom would be Rickards White and Dad would be Guinness?

And we'll host one. Vegetarians expect less than sympathetic accomadations.

No veggie option? I don't see that going over too well with the editor. You know how he's a bit of a stickler about some things. Especially when he puts that moustache on.

I didn't say no veggie option, just maybe not a great one. I like the editor, so I don't want to be too hard on him. Just saying that RRR is a pretty meat centric bunch.
