There was a ride. I was not there. That was hard. But at least I did not have to endure The Cars at the Lad's Club.
Maybe others will fill in the rest.

We rode around for a while. Things started to get icy and that meant it was beer o'clock. So we drank some beer. There were interlopers at our usual table at the klubhaus. Our icy glares eventually drove them away and we reclaimed our rightful chairs.
Luke was peckish and convinced us all that pizza would be a good idea. It didn't take much convincing. The Grandpa-to-be and The Cricket abstained for reasons I cannot remember. Shouldn't Vic be eating for two?
Conversation included The Hipster's new motorized ride, the upcoming races and other equally deep and important topics. The Cars were indeed played again. I don't mind so much.
The Dark Lord and KK were missed. When work trumps play at that time of the day, things are seriously out of balance. I suggest you boys get a handle on things. This aggression will not stand.
That's a bummer dude. It's a bummer. It's a - bummer.
