The Impaler requested more time. It seems he is planning something big. Big plans take time. Winter is over anyway, so it doesn't really matter anymore.
Offers for fire pits are now open. Submit your bid. We will choose the best one. Or not.
We've just received another proposal. This one from Brother Bill. He suggests an off-the-grid crit on Waterfront Drive between the two traffic circles. Assuming the streets are dry.
That's also a good idea. Since i'm still off the bike, i'll have time to catch up on the Glee episodes i've missed and then have a fire a-blazin' by the time you all get here. Watch out for the treacherous ice that surrounds my house when you come. (if you decide to come)
Scotia cruise ending at my house? I have a fire pit, and there are vendors nearby. And if we do that I can almost guarentee The President will make an appearance.
Yo Big Frame, I can't ride either but am game for a drive to the Impaler's place w/beer stop enroute. Need a lift?
Btw, I still have lost & found: 1. Grey fleece shirt North Face medium 2. Wool toque burgundy and green 3. Riding finger gloves, blue and tan thinsulate 4. Riding shoes Lake Mx60 brown and tan (Adam?) 6. Tupperware, medium clear - food WAS chicken & potatoes I'll bring if takers. ???

No Nordic cross brought by the impaler? Well then. We should probably bike somewhere with a fire pit and beers

Crit or fire pit? Discuss.
Lyle, your bid is weak.
weak it is. The crit sounds like fun.
Or both
Traffic cones?

Lyle, if you can make a trip to Brewmaster Dave, your chances of winning the bid rise dramatically.
remind me again where Brewmaster Dave's is?
I vote for a Scotia Ave. cruise. We might even hear the river breaking up. And...it sounds like more fun than a wet road crit.
Lyle, do you not have Google at the farm?
Jonny, that is not a bad idea. We could check in on the President. It has been a long time since he graced our presence. And he owes me money.
Oh now we're talking. I'm going to be two doors down from the prez tonight. A 10pm rendezvous appeals to my lazy side
Lyle- brewmaster Dave's brewery is on roseberry, very close to your house..

Never make promises you can't keep.
That is brilliant! I knew we had it in us.
Lyle, are you driving?

Sure, I'll take a ride Tom. What time?
Prob about 10-ish, then we try to track them down enroute to Brad's place I'll give U a call for pick up address.
Found some left over Dark's from the 24! :-)
Speaking of leftovers ... also have 10 dogs from the 24!
This sounds like the sweetest TNR ever. If only I lived at my parents place...
