I tweaked my ankle on the stairs at work today. I'd like to keep it a zone 1 ride. Tonight's a recovery ride after yesterday's 8 reps of 15x1 hill climb intervals.
I would have totally won the sprint to the klubhaus tonight if my ankle wasn't so sore.

Tonight's ride should stay in Zone 2. It's the off season.
