Two entries:
Brad picked Ian to finish 4th in 18.5 hours, Lindsay to finish 6th in 19.5 hours, and Dallas to finish 3rd in 42.5 hours.
I picked Lindsay to finish 8th in 21 hours, Ian to finish 15th in 25 hours, and Dallas to finish 6th in 50 hours.
In actuality, Lindsay finished 10th in 22.5 hours and Ian was 14th in 27 hours. Dallas's DNF does not factor into the equation.
The score:
Brad: 25.5 points
Me: 5.5 points
I win.
Good times.

I guess it pays to do your homework.
It's kinda tough to live vicariously through the FGBC from Gretna when there's not TNR reports. Just saying.
I would like to add that I think Arrowhead is another MUST do race along the lines of 9 mile. The vibe is absolutely amazing before , during and after and the course was fun (what I saw of it).
Now on to the next task. I'm going for my second doc appointment today at 1.30 (legacy) and if I get the thumbs up I'm thinking of running the 24 hour race to keep some of my fitness for Zumbro.
So I'm asking when exactly is the race?

I was at Legacy yesterday (knee). They gave me one thumb up and one down. Up as far as the knee goes. But down for riding bike in winter. I thought that was not cool.
Do you mean the winter 24 hour race? That is Feb. Feb. 19-20.
Funny you mention pride. That race goes down on Sunday.
Thomas--ever since you left, it's been one long gradual decline.
I just got the second opinion and it was a pulled groin muscle. Two weeks easy and naproxen for 7 days.
If all is well I'll be ready to party as long as a map is made for me on where the course goes:)

Dallas: bring a bike. Ride the first lap. After that, you go from memory. You will want the bike for the Sal's lap too.
PS: you're awesome. Wildly immoderate, but awesome nonetheless.
