2009 FGBC Giro d'Italia Pool

The FGBC Low Stakes Gambling HQ is pleased to announce the official launch of the 2009 FGBC Giro d'Italia Pool. I know it feels like forever since Liege-Bastogne-Liege, but vicarious racing is back. It all starts on Saturday with a team time trial. Once again, I've tried to make things as easy and accessible as possible by grouping the riders into categories with some nominal ranking within the categories. This should ensure a relatively close competition and a series of well-rounded, yet different teams. Good luck.

Rules:

1. Pick a team of nine riders from the list below. Send your team here before they start racing on Saturday.

2. Any rider who is disqualified from the race forfeits all his points.

3. Entry is free and open to all. Feel free to invite others.

4. Points will be awarded as per the breakdown below (scroll way down).
